The shell of the 38120HP lithium iron phosphate battery is made of 0.5mm thick steel plate through one-time stamping, which has high mechanical strength. The main material of the positive and negative electrodes is made of iron nickel composite material. The end faces of the positive and negative electrode cover plates are covered with insulation surface pads, and the outer shell is covered with flame-retardant PVC sleeves, praying for insulation protection. This series of lithium iron phosphate batteries are equipped with explosion-proof valves at the positive end, which can be opened in a timely manner in case of accidents, providing pressure relief and preventing explosions. The positive and negative poles of the battery are equipped with M6 internal threads. When multiple individual batteries need to be combined for use, a screw machine connecting piece is used for mechanical connection.
